EAST BRUNSWICK - ROBERT M. BOYARSKY died on Thursday, August 3, 2017, at Care One in East Brunswick. He was 90.

Born in Burlington, VT, he resided there and attended the University of Vermont, before moving to Ridgefield, NJ, and then to East Brunswick 57 years ago.

He was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served from 1945 to 1946.

Prior to retiring Mr. Boyarsky was a self-employed sales representative for toys, gifts and books. He was a member of Temple B'nai Shalom, East Brunswick.

Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Ruth "Ricky" Levine Boyarsky; two sons, Dr. Andrew Boyarsky and his wife, Rosalie, of East Brunswick and Dr. Harvey Boyarsky and his wife, Colleen, of Foster City, CA; his brother, Dr. Saul Boyarsky and his wife, Rose, of Durham, NC; four grandchildren, Keith Boyarsky and his wife, Vanessa Rennard, Erin Simmons and her husband, Sean , Jeffrey Boyarsky and Dr. Brian Boyarsky, and one great granddaughter, Katherine.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, 8/4, 11:45 AM, at Temple B'nai Shalom, 15 Fern Road, East Brunswick.

Memorial contributions may be made to Temple B'nai Shalom.
