MONROE TOWNSHIP - MORTON J. MILLER, died on Monday July 30, 2018, at home. He was 93.

Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he resided in Livingston and Colonia, before moving to Monroe Township 30 years ago.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Morton worked as a Chemist for Dixon Crucible in Jersey City for 30 years.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served from 1945 to 1947.

He was predeceased by his wife, Elaine Miller, in 1999.

Surviving are his son, William Miller and his wife, Kimber, of Dallas, TX; his daughter, Wendy Miller and her husband, Steve Shepard, of Monroe Township; six grandchildren, Aaron, Daniel, Michele and Eric Pzena, and Elayne & Madeline Miller; three great grandchildren, Logan, Adana and Avery, and his companion, Jannette Ray.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 8/1, at 11:45 AM, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin. For directions please see the "Services" page.
