MONROE TOWNSHIP - LARRY WARSHAW passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 77.

Born in the Bronx, NY, he resided in Flushing, NY, until relocating to Monroe Township in May 2019.

Prior to retiring, he was a history teacher and guidance counselor for the New York City Public School System for 40 years.

Larry served in the U.S. National Guard.

He was predeceased by his sister, Carol Messer in 2015 and his brother-in-law, Joseph Messer in 2016.

Surviving are his niece, Shari Messer and her husband, Joey Wahler, of Franklin Township, and cousin, Richard Stein and his wife, Sue, of Boca Raton, FL.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2019, at 12:45 pm, at Beth Israel Cemetery, US Highway 1 North, Woodbridge Township, under the direction of MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, East Brunswick. For directions, please visit our "Services" page.
