MONROE TOWNSHIP - REGINA DLUGASH passed away at her residence on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. She was 95 years old.
Born in Manhattan, NY, to Jacob and Goldie (née Steier) Kurtz, she resided in Manhattan, NY until she married Jack L. Dlugash. They lived in the Bath Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn for most of their married life, and in Greenacres, Florida part time after retiring. Later on, they also had a condo in East Brunswick until finally moving to Monroe Township in 2011.
She was a U.S. Women's Army Corps (WAC) member, and served from 1944-1947 as a Nurse Cadet.
Regina was the owner of Douglas Enterprises and a Registered Rep where she sold securities for over a decade. She was also an office manager for her husband's accounting practice in Brooklyn, NY.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jack L. Dlugash, in 2013.
Surviving are her sons, Alan and Brian Dlugash; her daughter, Ryselle Perlman, of Monroe Township; her 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at 10:45 am, at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1098 Woodbridge Center Dr, Woodbridge, under the direction of MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, East Brunswick. For directions, please visit our "Services" page.
