MONROE TOWNSHIP - SHARON DALE FALITZ passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023, at The Elms of Cranbury. She was 65 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, to Martin and Ina (née Zalay) Clarfield, she resided in Brooklyn, Howard Beach, and East Windsor, before settling down in Monroe Township for a year.

Prior to retiring, she was an administrative assistant for East Windsor Regional School District in East Windsor, where she worked for 20 years. She also worked in the entertainment, hotel and hospitality business.

In her leisure time, Sharon enjoyed Atlantic City, trips to Point Pleasant Boardwalk and Belmar Beach with her family, Friday night Mahjong, Broadway shows, concerts, and adventures around the world with her loving husband, especially Aruba, Jamaica and San Francisco. Her greatest joy however was spending time with her grandkids.

Sharon is reunited with her loving husband of 40 years, Gary Falitz; her parents, Martin and Ina Clarfield; her stepfather, Richard Mika, and her sister, Patrice Gerdts.

Surviving are her daughters, Marissa and her husband, Nicholas, of Columbus and Cori and her husband, Marc, of Turnersville; her sisters, Holly Giaquinto, and her husband, Anthony, and Debra Clarfield; her brother, Richard Mika, and her grandchildren, Ryan, Gregory, Jack, and Luke.

A chapel service will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at 10:00 am, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge. For directions, please visit our "Services" page.
