EAST BRUNSWICK - ROBERT "BOB" E. IMOWITZ passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Penn Medicine Princeton Health in Plainsboro, NJ. He was 79 years old.

Born in New York, NY, to Nathan and Jeannette (née Presser) Imowitz, he resided in Manhattan and Queens, NY, before settling in East Brunswick, NJ, for 49 years.

Prior to retiring in 2005, he was a Vice President of Market Research for Colgate Palmolive in New York, where he worked for 40 years.

He was a member of the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club.

In his leisure time, Robert enjoyed reading fiction and was a voracious reader.  He loved sport fishing and took many fishing trips with his brother, Mark.

Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Joan Imowitz, and his brother, Mark Imowitz of New York, NY.

A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 10:00 am, at MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ. For directions, please visit our "Services" page.
