MARLBORO - DAVID STUART RIFKIN passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 86 years old.

Born in The Bronx, New York, to Barney and Helen (née Gold) Rifkin, he resided in Lawrence, New York until moving to New Jersey in 1967.

David enjoyed golf, tennis, and most of all his family.

He was the owner of Barri Fabrics in New York, New York, working in garment manufacturing for 40 years.

David was predeceased by his brother Sandy and his parents Barney and Helen.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years Francine (Lowe-Brinkman); as well as his two daughters Shari and Jodi, and four grandchildren Brian, Spencer, Jenna, and Aidan.

Shiva will be held at the Rifkin residence on Monday from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and on Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11:15 am at Wellwood Cemetery in Farmingdale, New York under the direction of MOUNT SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPELS. For directions, please visit our "Services" page.
